Consumer and Client Resources

If you have a well-drafted estate plan in place, you will ensure that your estate passes to whom you want, when you want, and is carried out in the manner you've chosen. You can rest assured that your family won't have to endure the public process and costly matter of probate. The government won't be able to take what you've spent a lifetime building. But you need to be aware of the many options that exist in estate planning - and you must choose your estate planning attorney wisely.

We offer a wealth of free information about estate planning and other resources in our area. Read our Estate Planning Articles or call us to make arrangements if you are interested to planning an estate planning seminar for your group.

We want you to feel confident about the choices you make - let us be your guide on the path toward preserving your family's future.

Schmieding Center - December 8, 2009

In November we attended a Lunch and Learn Meeting offered by the Schmieding Center featuring Dr. Marion Somers, a nationally recognized Elder Care Expert, Author, Educator and Speaker.  Dr. Somers' discussed her book Elder Care Made Easier, which outlines 10 Steps to Help You Care for an Aging Loved One.  This book is a valuable tool for any Caregiver.  We have some copies at our office, if you are interested in learning more.  We want to thank the Schmieding Center for this program and acknowledge what a valuable resource the center is for the Northwest Arkansas community.  Check out their website at www.SchmiedingCenter.org.
