Audra Bailey Wilcox

Owner & Lead Attorney

Audra Bailey Wilcox has dedicated her career to helping families protect what matters most. Since earning her Juris Doctor and Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Arkansas, Audra has practiced law for almost three decades. Her focus is on estate planning and elder law.

Audra began her legal career in the Trust Department of a local bank before founding her own law firm and title insurance company. In 2018, she transitioned her main office to Fayetteville, Arkansas, and narrowed her practice to Elder Law and related areas, including estate planning, long-term care Medicaid planning, business and farm succession planning, probate, wills, and trusts. Her strong background in real estate and corporate law provides a unique advantage for clients with complex planning needs.

Audra is a member of the Washington County Bar Association, the Arkansas Bar Association, and is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court, Western District of Arkansas. She is also a member of the American Academy of Estate Planning Attorneys, where she recently completed a term on the Board of Governors—an elite advisory panel shaping the future of estate planning nationwide.

Raised in Brinkley, Arkansas, Audra values her family’s farming roots and understands the importance of preserving land and family businesses for future generations. She is active in civic organizations and her church, believing that giving back to the community is as important as her professional work. Audra and her husband, Ernie, have two children, Ellyn and Coleman. Together, they enjoy traveling, auctions, antiques, and cheering on the Razorbacks.
