Another Razorback football game is approaching and this weekend’s game is special. This Saturday, November 15 at 7:00pm in Razorback Stadium in Fayetteville, Arkansas, the Arkansas Razorbacks will battle for the Golden Boot against LSU Tigers. The Golden Boot is a beloved trophy awarded each year to the winner of the battle between the U of A and LSU. The trophy was introduced in 1996 and the rivalry between the two schools has affectionately become the Battle of the Boot. After the win, the victorious team keeps the trophy until the next year’s battle. Go out and “root” for your Razorbacks this weekend and don’t forget to bundle up and stay warm.
