How and when should we make an appointment to begin work on our estate plan?
When you call for an appointment, we will set up a time and place that is convenient for you. We have offices in Fayetteville, Farmington and Priarie Grove. We also have arrangements to use conference rooms in the River Valley including Ft Smith, Charleston, Paris and Ozark.
Once your appointment time and location have been settled, we will send you a New Client package. This information will confirm the date time and location of your appointment and will provide you a guide to begin gathering information the attorney will need.
You should bring your information and your spouse to the first appointment. The first consultation for Estate Planning is free. We see this appointment as a way for us to get to know you. By the end of the appointment, we will have formulated a plan and will give you a quote for the work to be done. You decide if we move forward.
In our next post, we will talk about what decisions you should make before our appointment……
